The main issue is the confusion.
::And if you're waking up with confusion like I do because there's something that is out of balance in your life, you should try speaking to your future self, not higher.
::Future.
::Hey.
::It's Zaje', and I'm trying this, like, raw look for my video podcast and seeing how this resonates with you guys.
::Plus, it's really, really early.
::It's a little after seven, but I'm getting this message to put out, so that's what I'm gonna do.
::The other day, I did a meditation in the shower, and I love meditating in the shower.
::Water for me does it, and fire, just for another explanation of how I use elements.
::Fire is how I release and cleanse.
::Water just helps me receive, and I don't know if that's because I'm a Cancer sign, tropical astrology, or what, but water has always been that, l like, the top element for me.
::I was doing a meditation in the shower, and that is where I can connect better.
::When I do it in the bed, I go to sleep.
::So the shower and the water and the window open, it all just creates an environment where this works for me.
::I'm telling you this story so that you can try it yourself.
::Maybe water will work for you.
::Maybe being outside will work for you.
::Maybe in front of a fire pit for the fire as you look into the flames or fireplace.
::And then you also have the ground where maybe you go into, like, a forest and you walk.
::So everybody has, like, a different element that will work best for them.
::I'm saying the forest.
::You could also if you live in, like, Colorado, if you live if you live, like, in the Midwest, just going around your nature.
::If you live in the desert, going around your nature for, like, Earth.
::But anyhoo, I go in the shower.
::I'm doing my meditation, and I wanted to speak to my future self.
::Me, but me in the future in the future that I am desiring.
::Future that I am desiring, I am talking to way more of you.
::I am sharing the message of intuition, god consciousness with way more people.
::I'm helping people break old habits and build new happy habits, which is the title of my book on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
::And I'm doing more with my music, my creativity, and supporting myself and my family in the process, traveling, living that sort of life.
::And so that is the stuff that I am talking to.
::If you've watched any of my other videos, if you have watched anything on the universe and the different dimensions, you know that there is talk of different timelines, and there's a bunch of different timelines that we could live.
::I could literally go deep into poverty all on my own accord if I wanted to, and I don't want to.
::I want to go deep into abundance and prosperity.
::And so that is what I am trying to connect with when I do my meditations.
::And, also, prayer works hand in hand for me with that.
::But the prayer is more like connecting with that god consciousness one way.
::My meditations are two way.
::Okay?
::So I do my meditation, and I do my visual ritual that I do as I go to talk to my future self.
::And my future self is always in this beautiful kitchen.
::K?
::And she's standing behind the counter.
::I'm coming from what I believe is the living room walking towards the kitchen.
::So I'm coming from, like, a wall, and I'm going towards her.
::And the first time I did this, I spoke out of my mouth, and she didn't.
::And then I was mentally saying, oh, we don't have to talk here?
::And she was like, no.
::I'm you.
::Why would we need to do that?
::And it might sound strange until you do it.
::When you do this meditation, the first thing that comes back to you is the answer.
::And you will learn to use that in your daily life, listening to that first voice.
::I always call it the first voice.
::If you go to church, that's God.
::The voice after that is your brain, is your conditioning, church, and other religious institutions would say the devil or a variation of.
::Right?
::So first voice always.
::So I'm in the shower this time, and I come to speak to her, and I know I can do it mentally.
::And I'm just like, I did so much today.
::This is what I'm telling you.
::I did so much today.
::I had and this is in a two week span.
::I have built two websites and all of the accompanying links and logos and images and blah blah blah.
::I've also recorded and produced songs and built everything around that.
::This was in, like, the last two or three months.
::I was literally in my car recording the songs because it's too loud in my house.
::My kids are home from school.
::And I've just been doing a lot.
::But in the last day or two, coming out with this idea of becoming herself to replace dots in space time, to come up with everything that goes along with it, and I'm taking college classes for psychology.
::I have to get one thing done so that I can focus on psychology because if I'm trying to read and I don't get these other things done, I'm not gonna read.
::So I'm trying to build out everything that I need within, like, twenty four hours.
::And I know everybody will say stop wasting time on this.
::Stop wasting time on that.
::But, literally, my spirit needs it.
::My soul needs it.
::My soul needs the website and the Instagram and the TikTok and the email setup, the domain, the products, the links, everything setup.
::I need that for myself, and so I do it every single time.
::It used to take me maybe a week.
::Now twenty four to forty eight hours.
::Boom.
::It's out there.
::I might even have a free product that I made in the meantime, and I'm proud of myself.
::But I'm tired.
::It was a lot of work, and I told her, girl, I've been doing a lot.
::And she just looked at me and said, you said you wanted a one woman business.
::This is what that looks like.
::And I'm in the shower laughing to myself at myself.
::Because that was funny because that is exactly what I said when I did my meta when I did my water ritual, bringing, receiving, and the things that I want.
::I said I don't wanna depend on anybody.
::I said that I want to be able to build this business by myself and not have to depend on anybody else, not even my husband.
::Because we have built a lot of things together, but this is a season where I have to do it by myself.
::And anybody who does not respect the limited space I have, I cannot I cannot have them in my life.
::I recently had a friend where she really wanted a lot of she really wanted a lot of physical interactions, and I just can't do it.
::I don't have the time.
::There are things that I need to do in my life, and I do not have the time to entertain anything that is gonna take away from that for now.
::It's only for now.
::Getting back to how to do this, meditation where you speak to your future self.
::Let that let her talk.
::She's gonna say something right after you say something.
::Let her talk.
::Don't you can't argue with that first voice.
::That's that's your core being attached to the consciousness that runs all of this.
::Okay?
::So I laughed, and I kept on talking to her.
::And I'm just like, you know, I can't wait for what this looks like.
::This feels like it.
::Everything else felt like it, but it felt like missing something when I did it, except for DAS in Space Time.
::DAS in Space Time was like, I know it.
::I know this is it.
::I know this is everything.
::And so I did that and really dug deep into it for two seasons the way that it was, but then I was like, no.
::This isn't where I needed to be.
::And before, I let my confusion really weigh on me, and that's my depression and anxiety.
::And I'm trying to help you get past all of that if you have it because your brain, your mind, that chemical imbalance will play with you, and we can't allow it to play with us this long.
::Okay?
::Sometimes we don't have a choice.
::Sometimes we do.
::Sometimes we don't have a choice because of our period.
::Right?
::And even with knowing, it's the premenstrual stuff.
::I still can't get out of it.
::I still be trying to get out of it, and I still can't get out of it.
::It's only some things that can help me.
::But in that moment, I don't even remember them because I'm so into the premenstrual dysmorphic disorder and the depression and blah blah blah.
::It takes up so much time.
::But, anyway, when I need to rest, I know I need to rest.
::And when I need to work, I know I need to work.
::So this is what I have been doing, going with the ebb and flow of my life.
::And like I said, with the steroids, it was throwing me off four cycles in three months, and this last one lasted ten days, messing me up.
::Okay.
::Do you hear me?
::And it's painful.
::The hormone is too much.
::I I gotta keep recentering, recentering, recentering.
::Remember where I was at?
::And I have a diary that I write in, but I think that this will be even better for me too communicating it vocally because then it may help me remember as well as I'm helping you learn how to do this if you don't or master it if you have been working on it.
::So I kept talking and I'm like, this is exactly it.
::This is this feels good.
::This feels like that felt.
::It doesn't feel like anything in the middle because I've been trying a bunch of different stuff.
::This feels good.
::I'm not very sure how to precisely market this and advertise this yet, but I know that it will come as I do it.
::This is one example.
::Very raw form coming to you as I get the message and talking to you in the moment.
::That's a part of it.
::And, hopefully, it's resonating with way more and more people because that's in my intention.
::Right?
::So I'm like, yeah.
::This feels good.
::This feels good.
::I know I'm on the way.
::I know it might be, you know, some challenges along the way might not be because Jupiter is in Cancer.
::The new moon is in Cancer.
::She's in Cancer.
::So maybe I'm becoming her self this season.
::Maybe it'll be snappy.
::But either way, I'm ready.
::Like, I'm ready for the voyage, and I'm gonna call it a voyage across the sea because of the water.
::And I looked at her, and I'm like, you know, just how far in the future are you, though?
::Because it's just what it is.
::And she said, I look like you, Donna.
::And that is just something that I would say.
::That's why I was talking to me.
::And I was like, oh my gosh.
::You do.
::Like, I I knew she had on my wig, but I also knew that she wasn't, like, a fully gray.
::She was still my body's stature.
::She might have been a little bit more fit.
::Now I think about it, she might have been working out a little bit more than I have been recently.
::These glasses, she had on these glasses.
::And, you know, when I have my money, I'm getting a bunch of glasses.
::So her having these on could mean that she's closer in the future than further.
::The main issue is the confusion.
::And if you're waking up with confusion like I do because there's something that is out of balance in your life, you should try speaking to your future self, not higher future.
::Okay?
::Not higher and untouchable future.
::It's you.
::What I'm doing is I'm building a habit, a happy habit, around speaking to my future self.
::In the process of building this habit, I'm also breaking the habit of allowing myself to be so confused in moments of change transition that I am bringing into my own life because I want something different for myself, not allowing it to be a negative thing.
::It's just something to work out.
::And the the more negative you are, the longer it takes.
::Because it's like, oh, this isn't working.
::This isn't working.
::This is I'm so upset.
::This, that.
::You spend so much time on that.
::But the moment you let it be what it is, sometimes you gotta be confused for a little bit.
::Rest and see what's happening.
::It's easier to get to the point of understanding when you can talk to future self, when you can pray and believe it, when you can wake up every day and say, yes.
::This isn't feeling tough.
::It's feeling like a challenge, but all I'm gonna do is keep on moving through it.
::Just one step.
::Just one step.
::And I don't even know what else to do.
::There's no other steps that I can see except the next one.
::And I'm okay with that now because I realized the more that I can see, the more that I think I can understand, the more that I think that I have the pathway down in front of me, the less it is actually that.
::That path is not my path.
::That path has been constructed based on what I have seen others do, and it's not my journey.
::They're not starting from where I'm at right now.
::It's not my journey.
::And even as things shift and change that's why I say I want a one person business because I'm not allowing anybody to stop me from at least this first point of trajectory, this first point of where I need to go.
::After that, y'all know who I am.
::Y'all know how I'm coming, so act accordingly, and then we can help each other build.
::But right now, this is where I'm at, and this is what it takes, and this is what I'm doing.
::And as challenging and as tough as it is, it's exhausting as it is.
::It was one day I sat here and just cried in the bathroom.
::I cried in the bathroom, and I thought I was alone.
::When I got out of my bathroom and came in my room, my husband's like, what is wrong with you?
::What's going on with you?
::And I was like, I'm just tired, CFS.
::I'm just tired.
::And he didn't say anything else, and I got myself ready for bed and went to sleep.
::The next day, he called me when he was at work, and he was like, I heard you crying in the bathroom.
::And I was like, I thought I was I thought I was alone.
::And he was like, no.
::It echoes.
::But, anyway, he didn't wanna get into it with me the night before because he's just like, I wanted you to be able to process whatever it is you need to process.
::He's an Aquarius.
::That's what they do.
::They gonna leave you alone, honey.
::And in that moment, I did need to be left alone, because I just felt hurt.
::And this is him calling me now.
::I spoke him up.
::Talked my husband up one good time so he shouldn't call back.
::I am building a habit around talking to my future self in a way that will inform my current self on what to do to get closer to where she is.
::And you can do this just as well as I am.
::What you wanna do is find your peaceful place.
::Mine is the shower, and the shower works for a lot of people, especially if you have children and or significant other because you can have, like, a private space.
::But maybe you have an office.
::Maybe you have a gym in your home.
::Maybe you have, like, a room off to the basement, a den, a prayer closet.
::Wherever it is that you can go, you're just in there alone, and you don't have as many, distractions, especially in the beginning because you're just learning it.
::One of my distractions used to be light, but now I can kind of do it anyway because I've built a habit, and I've flexed that intuitive muscle.
::Right?
::So have this space just for yourself.
::Prayer closets are really good too because you have already set it up.
::Or, like, if you have an altar somewhere, you've already set it up for this spiritual experience, this fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth dimensional experience like this outside of space and time, dots in space time, outside of what we can see experience.
::And what I do is I create a visualization where I'm in this lush, beautiful garden, and I'm walking through it.
::And you want this dog.
::You want to be able to feel it.
::You wanna be able to feel the sun or the rain, the leaves, smell the flowers.
::You wanna be actually you want to be actually able to experience it in all of your senses multidimensionally.
::You wanna be able to experience it with all of your other dimensional sensibilities, not just the five senses we have here beyond that.
::Okay?
::Then I have a door, and I have this really elegant key that opens it.
::Sometimes I use the key.
::Sometimes I just go in the door.
::But you have this entryway going into it, and then I'm in the house.
::Sometimes I can just drop into the house.
::Sometimes I need to go to space where it's dark with stars and just float around and, like, move myself through it.
::Sometimes I need to do different variations of it just depending on where I'm at, if I'm angry, if I'm sad, if I'm frustrated, you know, whatever.
::Once you go through the door and you see your future self now, you're allowing god consciousness, your future self, the connection across space time to unfold.
::You're not building anything.
::You're not making.
::You're not forcing.
::Anytime you feel like it's being forced, it's not working, and you should probably stop because that's not gonna yield the same results.
::You're not gonna get the same results.
::You're not.
::If you're pushing, pushing, pushing, it's still not being inside of the flow of creation and cocreating inside of that flow.
::It's like a it's like a push against, and it's just not gonna work.
::And once you're there, take into account of what's going on, what's there.
::In front of me, whenever I go, there's couches, and it leads to her in the kitchen, and she's standing behind a long white counter marble.
::And the kitchen behind her is not very close.
::It's kinda far back, so I can't really see everything in it, but it's very clean.
::It's somewhat lowish ceilings in the kitchen, but it's not like that throughout the house.
::And I know that even though I don't go through the house every time, I have gone through the house sometimes, but I'm not even really concerned about that because I don't even want to start looking for that.
::I want it to just come to me whether it's in my searches, in my travels, or whatever.
::I don't wanna force it.
::So I just take into account what it is, and I talk to her.
::What does she have on?
::How is her hair?
::What is her face like?
::The first couple times I went to talk to her, she didn't say anything to me.
::She just smiled.
::Like like, you're here, but you don't wanna hear what I gotta say yet.
::You're not there.
::She knows where I am.
::Because she was she's me.
::She was here.
::And, you know, just like when you're praying, you don't just ask for stuff.
::You you communicate.
::You have a conversation.
::And so I tell her where I am, and then I ask a question.
::And we just have this relationship that I know will grow with time even with the elder elder elder me, but I don't wanna talk to her yet.
::That's too far for me.
::I just want to be 37 turning 38 soon.
::I just wanna be I don't wanna talk to me past 40, if that makes any sense.
::So that's another clue that I just told myself.
::And she knows I don't wanna talk to me past 40 even if I didn't know at the time.
::So she's younger than 40.
::Sasha in my kitchen by the time I'm 40.
::I should ask her about what I wanna do with what I'm gonna do with my children this year because my goodness.
::I don't wanna know the future, but I do want them to just I just wanna do different things with my children, and I don't know how that's going.
::You know?
::Staying on this trajectory is gonna also get the things for them that I want for them because that's a part of my intention.
::So just moving forward in that and understanding that, again, this is a muscle that you have to continue to flex.
::In my book, I talk about how you build a habit.
::It takes sixty six days.
::It takes sixty six days just for your brain to register with your spirit.
::Oh, this is what's happening.
::Oh, okay.
::So this is the new operating system.
::This is how we're doing this now.
::This is our new dynamic.
::There's much more time after that, especially if you're replacing a habit, breaking a habit.
::And I have break a break method.
::It's actually the acronym in the book, happy habits as well, if you wanna check it out.
::Out.
::I also have a focus framework where you kinda sort of just, like, bring yourself to the now, and this can help you with your meditations and your prayers and even your rituals to receive.
::The focus framework is a free workbook where it's something that you can print out or something you can keep on your phone or your tablet or your laptop and fill it out whenever you're feeling like, what is going on right now?
::That confusion that I was talking about, you may be waking up with, like, me in those times of change where your spirit wants to change, and this will help you bring it in even quicker.
